Will Rayner – Chair

Will is currently the Chief Financial Officer of specialist agricultural lender, Rural Bank. He has had a career in agriculture and finance going back more than 20-years. He has held executive responsibility for sales, marketing and agribusiness functions at Rural Bank, and prior to 2013 led the capital management, finance business partner, investor relations and corporate affairs teams for Rural Bank’s parent, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. He grew up on his family’s wheat and sheep farm in the mid-north of South Australia. Will was a 2017 Churchill Fellow, investigating alternative finance structures for Australian family farmers. He is a non-executive director of Community Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide.


Nick Brokenshire – Board Member

Nick Brokenshire is a third generation dairy farmer from the Fleurieu Peninsula. After finishing high school, Nick joined the family enterprise at Mount Compass to work with his parents, Mandy and well known South Australian politician Robert Brokenshire. He took on managing the farm in 2006, and two years later was selected to participate in the national pilot of the Developing Dairy Leaders Program established by Dairy Australia and Australian Dairy Farmers (ADF).


Rob Kerin - Board Member

Rob Kerin is a Former Premier of South Australia, current Chairman and Executive Officer of Regional Development SA and principal of Rob Kerin Consulting. He is also the Chief Executive of Primary Producers South Australia. Rob brings a wealth of knowledge to the Dairy Industry Fund Board.


Bob Snewin

Bob began his career with ANZ bank before joining the Mount Gambier Dairy Co-op in the mid 1970s. He became the Manager of the Australian Dairy Coproration in South Australia in 1987 which eventually went on to cover SA, WA, Tasmania and the NT.

Although retired, Bob maintains close links with the RMSA for which he was the secretary in the 1990s and is now an honorary life member.
