Centre of Excellence – Feasibility Study

The project is aimed at developing a detailed project plan based on the findings of the feasibility study to explore the establishment of a world-class Dairy Centre of Excellence in South Australia. It will focus on promoting South Australia's premium dairy products globally, enhancing research, innovation, and best practices in the dairy industry, and strengthening collaboration and partnerships across the sector.

The project commissioned a project officer to lead a feasibility study and construct a governance committee to develop a Dairy Centre of Excellence in South Australia.

Appointed a qualified project manager to oversee the feasibility study.

Establish a governance committee with key stakeholders from industry and government.

Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study assessing the technical, economic, and operational viability.
